My significant other & I travelled to Penang for 1 day trip on Sunday, 8th May, 2016. 

On Friday, I googled for a cheap car rental in Penang & I found an affordablecar rental on mudah from Festive Travels.

Rental process was easy - I contacted En. Rewan right after, & was given details of rental fees.

Booking - Deposit RM100.00
Rental Perodua Axia 1.0 G (A) RM 90.00
Delivery to & from Penang Airport RM 10.00

Booking deposit was needed to secure the rental, I made a fund transfer to REWANRICH ENTERPRISE on Saturday despite having trust-issue at that time. I was informed on the confirmation details of the car rental.

On Sunday, as soon as we arrived, we contacted En. Ruzaini for car delivery. Our rental car arrived few mins later. The car was in a very good condition, with 3 bars of fuel. We were asked to return the car with the same amount of fuel.

Our 1 day trip to Penang was splendid and everything ran smoothly.

As soon as we arrived at the airport for departure, we returned the car with the same condition, but with extra fuel - 5 bars! and 4 hours of unused parking tickets. Just because we were happy with their service. Deposit, invoice, & receipt were given to us after returning the car.

We will surely be a returning customer should we plan to visit Penang again in the future!
