UNLIMITED MILEAGE POLICY: Minimum Rental: 24 Hours Car rental customers are NOT ALLOWED to take the rental car outside Malaysia e.g Thailand, Singapore, etc or locations prohibited by and without the consent of the company. |

RESERVATION, PAYMENT AND EXTENDING POLICY: 100% Advance Payment Payment Options: • Cash (Walk-in) • Online Bank Transfer • CDM (Cash Deposit Machine) @ Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Ambank Branches. Payment info will be sent viawhatsapp once a reservation is confirmed. Reservation: All promotions are applicable for Penang GPS only. Extending Policy: Renters are required to inform us 1 day in advance. |

CANCELLATION POLICY: When all bookings and vehicles have been confirmed, there will be no refund of the deposit to be made. NON-REFUNDABLE However, the customer is eligible to reschedule the date within (1) year from the date of booking. |

DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY: • Refundable after 7 days from return date. • -RM10.00 transaction fee for international telegraphic transfers. This policy applies to all vehicle ensuring no summon was issued to the car during rental. Other charges applicable to this shall become due immediately and the company will be authorized to charge the costs to the renter’s security deposit or additional if charges exceeds the security deposit amount. |

CARE AND CUSTODY OF RENTAL VEHICLE POLICY: The renter shall only drive the rental car while qualified to do so or by the person who have been authorized in the contract. Renters are not allowed to let any third parties to use the rental car for any purposes without the company’s authorization. ACCIDENTS POLICY: Whether it is renter’s negligence or third party negligence. The renter is obliged to report to the company immediately after the accident. It is important they secure the names and address of all witnesses as well as the registration number of all vehicles involved in the accident. Estimation of repair cost: Broken Lights: RM500 - RM2000 Per Dent: RM400 - RM1500 Per Scratch: RM200 - RM500 Per Tyre: RM200 - RM600 Dirty Seats: RM200 Smoke Odour: RM100 Repair cost varies depending on the car type and model. |

INSURANCE, CDW, LDW POLICY: Vehicle Insurance • All vehicles under the company are 100% fully insured with proper documentation up to date. Renter’s Excess Liabilities: We are entitled to charge from the renter not more than the amount stated below: Economy : RM2000 Premium : RM3000 Luxury : RM5000 Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) & Loss Damage Waiver (LDW): Economy Vehicles: + RM25 - 40 per day Reduced excess amount: RM1000 Premium Vehicles: + RM50 - 75 per day Reduced excess amount: RM1500 Luxury Vehicles: +RM75 - 150 per day Reduced excess amount: RM2500 |

DRIVING IN MALAYSIA POLICY: Foreign-country licensees are allowed to drive in the country as long as the foreign domestic driver's license is valid and carry the translation of the license in English or Bahasa Malaysia. |
